Prism vs Aimerce
Aimerce alternative for Shopify: server-side tracking and Klaviyo recovery vs order-based attribution with conversion recovery. Prices at 1k, 5k and 10k orders.

Prism is an Aimerce alternative for brands that care most about attribution. The two overlap on one job: both send Shopify purchases to Meta and Google from the server. Aimerce builds around that: longer visitor recognition, more ad destinations, and recovering more Klaviyo flows and sign-ups. Prism builds around attribution: which channels and campaigns earned each order, with spend and ROAS next to it. Prism starts at $29 a month for up to 1,000 orders; Aimerce's Essential plan is $299 a month for 1,000.
If more email revenue from Klaviyo and better match rates on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat are the goal, Aimerce is focused on exactly that. If you need to know where your sales are actually coming from, that's Prism.
Price at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 orders a month
Aimerce lists three plans on its pricing page. The order allowances are on its Shopify listing.
| Orders a month | Prism | Aimerce |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $29/mo | $299/mo (Essential, 1,000 included) |
| 5,000 | $99/mo | $499/mo (Growth, 10,000 included) |
| 10,000 | $199/mo | $499/mo (Growth) |
Essential charges $0.10 for each order over 1,000, so Growth is cheaper from about 3,000 orders. Enterprise is $1,799 a month for 50,000 orders. Some features, like a second popup and AI credits, are paid add-ons. Aimerce's site offers a 30-day trial and says it "pays for itself or you don't pay".
Prism: $29 up to 1,000 orders, $99 up to 5,000, $199 up to 10,000. Pricing section.

Aimerce details from its pricing page and Shopify listing, checked 30 October 2026.
Where Aimerce is better
- Email revenue. Its Klaviyo features recognise more returning visitors, so abandoned-cart and browse flows trigger more often. A second sign-up popup is a paid add-on.
- More ad destinations. TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat as well as Meta and Google.
- Visitor recognition. It markets a long-lived first-party pixel and click ID relinking, aimed at better match quality on the ad platforms.
- 10,000 orders on Growth at $499.
- Strong reviews. 5.0 from 94 reviews on the Shopify App Store at the time of writing.
Where Prism is better
- Full attribution. Six models you can switch between, up to three custom ones, and order-level journeys showing the clicks and visits behind each sale.
- Ad spend and ROAS next to the credit, by channel, campaign and ad, for Meta, Google, TikTok and Microsoft Ads.
- Price. $29 at 1,000 orders against $299.
- A profit view. A store P&L with product costs, shipping, fees and ad spend, kept separate from attribution.
- Cash on delivery and one-click checkouts. Pending COD orders count until they're cancelled, and attribution keeps working on GoKwik checkouts.
Which should you pick?
- Email is a big channel and you want more Klaviyo flow revenue: Aimerce.
- You advertise on TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat and want server-side sending there: Aimerce.
- You want to know which channels and campaigns earn your Shopify orders, with ROAS: Prism.
- Both: let only one app send purchases to Meta and Google, or the platforms may count sales twice.
Switching from Aimerce
If Prism's Conversion Recovery is replacing Aimerce's Meta and Google sending, turn Prism's on first, check purchases arrive in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads, then switch Aimerce's off. Prism doesn't connect to Klaviyo or send to TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat, so plan for those before you cancel.
