The right Elevar alternative depends on which part of Elevar you actually use. Elevar is a server-side tracking layer: it takes events from your Shopify store and sends them to Meta, GA4, Google Ads, Klaviyo and others, so those platforms see more of your sales. Most stores use it for one of three jobs: fixing Meta and Google conversions, feeding GA4 and Klaviyo, or (mistakenly) answering "which ads are working". Each job has a cheaper or better-fitting tool.

Here are seven, what they cost at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 orders a month, and who each one suits. Prism is our product, so we've tried to be straight about where the others are the better pick.

Why stores look for an Elevar alternative

  • Price as you add destinations. Elevar's Core plan is $225 a month for 2,000 orders with two destinations. Meta and GA4 use both, so Google Ads costs another $125 a month (pricing).
  • Tag Manager skills. Elevar is built on Google Tag Manager. That's powerful, but many small teams don't have someone who lives in GTM.
  • It doesn't do attribution. Elevar makes each platform's numbers more complete. It doesn't tell you which channel or campaign earned an order, because each platform still credits only itself.
  • The Audiense change. Elevar is now sold as Audiense Online (Elevar), in the same group as Audiense and Buxton. Nothing about the product forced a move, but some stores used the change as a moment to review.

Prices are monthly, in US dollars unless marked, taken from each vendor's pricing page or Shopify App Store listing on 3 November 2026. Several tools price by revenue or requests rather than orders, so your number may differ. Check the links before deciding.

1. Shopify's own Meta and Google apps (free)

Before paying anyone, check what the free sales-channel apps already do. In the Facebook & Instagram app, setting customer data sharing to Maximum turns on Meta's Conversions API alongside the pixel (Shopify Help). The Google & YouTube app sets up Google Ads conversion tracking and, since July 2026, sends purchases to GA4 from the server (details).

Best for: small stores whose only goal is "Meta should see my purchases". The catch: you get little control over event quality, no GA4 or Klaviyo routing, and no reporting of your own. When numbers look wrong, there's not much to inspect.

2. Littledata

Littledata is the closest like-for-like swap. It's a server-side data layer that feeds GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo and other tools, with a strong focus on GA4 accuracy and subscription stores (Recharge and similar).

Price: Flex is $0.35 an order with no minimum. Scale is $199 a month for 1,500 orders ($159 billed annually), then $0.15 an order to 3,000 and $0.06 after. Plus is $990 a month for 10,000 (pricing). Best for: stores that rely on GA4 and want a managed connector with no Tag Manager work. The catch: at 5,000 orders it costs about as much as Elevar. Like Elevar, it doesn't attribute orders itself. Full comparison: Prism vs Littledata; more options in Littledata alternatives.

3. Analyzify

Analyzify sets up GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and around ten other platforms through a unified pixel and server-side tracking, and its Plus plan adds marketing reports and channel-level attribution. Implementation is done for you.

Price: Standard is $145 a month (or $109 billed yearly) for up to 5,000 orders; the 10,000 and 20,000 tiers are about $175 and $225 on its App Store listing. Plus is $275 a month (or $206 yearly) for up to 50,000 orders. A $295 implementation fee applies on monthly plans (pricing). Best for: stores that want GA4 and Google Ads done properly by someone else, at a lower price than Elevar at 5,000 to 10,000 orders. The catch: no free trial, and campaign- and channel-level attribution reports sit on the more expensive Plus plan.

4. TrackBee

TrackBee is a Shopify-first server-side tracking app aimed at brands that want Elevar's outcome without Tag Manager. It covers Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Klaviyo and more on every plan.

Price: priced by tracked revenue, not orders. Start is €79 a month for €25,000 of tracked revenue, Pro €199 for €100,000, Scale €449 for €500,000, all excluding VAT, with overage per €1,000 above that (pricing). Best for: stores with lower order values that want many ad destinations with no GTM. The catch: revenue-based pricing rises with your prices and promotions, even if your order count doesn't.

5. Stape

Stape hosts server-side Google Tag Manager containers, and has a Shopify app to send events into them. It's what many agencies use to build an Elevar-style setup themselves.

Price: free up to 10,000 requests a month, Pro $20 a month for 500,000 requests, Business $100 for 5 million (pricing). Best for: teams or agencies comfortable in GTM who want full control at the lowest cost. The catch: you're buying hosting, not a finished setup. Someone has to build and maintain the tags, and that time is the real price.

6. Aimerce

Aimerce combines server-side sending to ad platforms with longer visitor recognition and recovering more Klaviyo flows and sign-ups.

Price: Essential is $299 a month for 1,000 orders ($0.10 an order above that), Growth $499 for 10,000, Enterprise $1,799 for 50,000 (pricing). Best for: Klaviyo-heavy brands that want more abandoned-cart and browse flows to fire. The catch: it's priced well above the pure tracking tools at 1,000 orders, and its focus is email recovery rather than attribution. Full comparison: Prism vs Aimerce; more options in Aimerce alternatives.

7. Prism

Prism is an attribution app that also sends missed purchases to Meta and Google Ads from the server. It reads every Shopify order, matches it to the ad clicks and visits before it, and shows revenue, spend and ROAS by channel, campaign and ad. On Google, it also lowers a conversion's value after a refund or cancellation.

Price: $29 a month for up to 1,000 orders, $99 for 5,000, $199 for 10,000, with Conversion Recovery to Meta and Google on every plan and a 14-day free trial (pricing). Best for: stores whose real question is "which channels and campaigns are paying off", and who want Meta and Google to see missed purchases without a second app. It also handles cash on delivery and one-click checkouts such as GoKwik. The catch: Prism doesn't send to GA4, Klaviyo, TikTok or other destinations. If you need those, pair it with one of the tools above, or stay on Elevar. Full comparison: Prism vs Elevar.

How to choose

  1. "Meta and Google are missing purchases" and you're small: start with Shopify's free apps on Maximum. Move up only if the gap stays large.
  2. "GA4 and Klaviyo need clean data": Littledata or Analyzify. Stape if you have GTM skills.
  3. "I need many ad destinations, no GTM": TrackBee.
  4. "I don't know which ads are working": that's attribution, not tracking. Prism, or another order-based attribution app (we compared the options in which attribution tools match Shopify orders to ads).
  5. Both tracking and attribution: pair one tracking tool with one attribution app, and make sure only one of them sends purchases to each platform.

Switching without double counting

Whatever you move to, run the new tool's Meta and Google sending first, check purchases arriving in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads, then turn Elevar's off. Two tools sending the same purchase without a shared event ID can make the platforms count it twice. Keep Elevar's GA4 or Klaviyo destinations running until their replacement is live.

Quick answers

What is the cheapest Elevar alternative? Shopify's own Facebook & Instagram and Google & YouTube apps are free. Among paid tools, Stape is the cheapest if you can build the setup yourself, and Prism is the cheapest that also gives you attribution.

Is Littledata better than Elevar? They do the same job. Littledata needs no Tag Manager work and suits GA4-first stores; Elevar gives more control through Tag Manager. Price them at your order volume.

Does Elevar do attribution? No. It sends events to other platforms, and each platform then credits itself. An attribution app decides which channel earned each order.

Is Elevar now Audiense? Elevar is now sold as Audiense Online (Elevar), and its pricing lives on the Audiense site.
